AMS2750E Thermocouple

It refers to the thermocouple cable (also called disposable thermocouple) that is insulated and sheathed with fiber or plastic. The product properties and production methods are similar to the compensation wire for thermocouples, mainly used in aviation-related industries.

In 2019, Duchin accepted the commission from COMAC (Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd.) Shanghai and participated in the MIIT's (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) 'Special Scientific Research on Civil Aircraft - Research on On-site Calibration Technology and Measurement Guarantee Digital Demonstration Platform for Key Performance Parameters of Thermal Processing Equipment' on the 'Development of Consumable Thermocouples' sub-project. The flexible thermocouple developed by us is insulated with high silica fiber and shielded by heat-resistant steel wire. It complies with AMS2750 and ASTM/E574 standards. It has a max temperature measurement of 1000℃, 1st class accuracy, and a head-to-tail deviation of no more than 0.6℃.

Thermocouple for test: Includes SAT (System Accuracy Test) and TUS(Temperature Uniformity Survey) specialized thermocouples.

Thermocouple for monitoring: Thermocouple that connects with the monitor instruments on furnaces. Includes thermocouples specialized for control, monitoring, and recording.

Thermocouple for load detection: Thermocouple that is attached to or buried in parts to sense temperature.

Disposable thermocouple: The thermocouple cable that is insulated and sheathed with fiber or plastic, AKA flexible thermocouple cable.

Non-disposable thermocouple: Thermocouple that could go through multiple uses, includes the assembly thermocouple and the MIMS thermocouple.
