There are two selections

 

1. Wear-resistant superalloy: According to the characteristics of high-temperature wear environment, the explosion-proof thermocouple is specially designed to be pure alloyed by vacuum smelting, which has high temperature oxidation resistance and special wear-resistant superalloys with extremely high high temperature strength, which are forged and drilled as a whole. Less processing defects, high reliability, good comprehensive performance of high temperature strength and wear resistance, high price, and the use temperature is 800~1200 °C.

2.Lon-injected tungsten carbide: Tungsten carbide particles are injected on the surface of the casing using ion-injection technology with stainless steel as the matrix. It has high hardness, high strength, high toughness, especially wear-resistant, wear-resistant layer thickness of 0.2mm, external hardness and internal toughness.
