Carbon baking in China started with the Soviet technology between 50s-70s.In 80s-90s Guizhou aluminum factory had rapid development after brought in Japanese and French technologies. China's electrolytic aluminum output soared from 3.37 million tons in 2001 to 18.06 million tons in 2011(approximately accounted for 40% percent of global production),the number of prebaked anode exports was over 1.3 million in 2012. China has become the great production power for carbon products and electrolytic aluminum.

 

Anode carbon baking thermocouple on the basis of two patent products---composite armored thermocouple and composite metal casing, our company has done systematic research on the virtual process and performance and price ratio of thermocouples used in carbon baking furnace,developing series of thermocouples that meet various heating fuel, management, value requirements, with stable quality and high performance and price ratio.

 

Anode carbon baking thermocouple with features as below

 

● The protective sleeves of thermocouples are made by holistically drilling the special high-temperature alloy, which is currently the best heat-resistant and carbon/sulfur corrosion resistant metal with good sealability and high temperature strength
● Thermocouples use the composite armored structure, and this is by far the best performed structure of base metal thermocouples under high temperature, which can give full play to the comprehensive performance of the core and sleeve
● The use performance and price ratio of thermocouples is the highest level in this industry, flame thermocouples can be used for 3~9 months,while the hopper anode thermocouples can be used for 6-12 months.
