1. Thermal resistors should be installed vertically on horizontal or vertical pipelines as much as possible, and protective sleeves should be provided during installation to facilitate maintenance and replacement.
2. When measuring the temperature inside the pipeline, the length of the component should be on the centerline of the pipeline (i.e. the insertion depth of the protective tube should be half of the pipe diameter).
3. When installing the temperature dynamic coil meter, the opening size should be appropriate and the installation should be beautiful and generous.
4. Use high-temperature resistant cables or high-temperature compensation wires in high-temperature areas.
5. Choose different measuring elements based on different temperatures. When measuring temperatures below 400 ℃, thermal resistance is generally chosen.
6. The wiring should be reasonable and beautiful, and the indicator of the meter should be correct.
