The pt100 rtd thermometer is used to detect the temperature of gas, liquid, steam. It's widely applied to chemical industry,power plant, petroleum industry, metallurgy industry etc. It normally works together with temperature instruments, display meters and computers, detecting and controling the temperature.

Technical characteristics

● 3-wire system is regularly applied. To achieve better precision, 4-wire system is recommended.

● 3Single resistance wire type is the most common type, double and triple wire types are customizable according to the necessity.

● 3Installation methods: thread mounting, and flange mounting.

● 3The outer diameter parameters are φ3,4,5,6,6.35,8 for the protection tube.

● 31Cr18Ni9Ti is a common choice. When encountering corrosive circumstance, SUS316L could be put into use. Tantalum tubes, Hartz alloy tubes, PTFE sleeves, and some others are recommended to deal with sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and other strong oxidant environment.

The RTD is in the form of connectors, which is easy to install and is suitable for measuring the temperature of liquids, gases, and solids.It is designed primarily for temperature measurement of the medium inside the pipeline.
