1. How to choose between flameproof type and intrinsically safe type?

2. What is the recommended calibration cycle for the product?
Answer: Annual calibration is recommended. When used for a long time under high temperature (above 300℃), high humidity or frequent start-stop working conditions, the calibration cycle should be shortened to 6 months to ensure the coordinated accuracy of the transmitter and RTD, and avoid increased errors due to component aging.
3. What are the precautions for 2-wire system wiring?
Answer: During wiring, ensure the positive and negative poles are connected correctly to avoid equipment damage caused by reverse connection; the transmission lead resistance should be controlled within 100Ω, and exceeding the range may affect the signal transmission accuracy; the lead wire should use shielded wires and be kept away from strong electromagnetic interference sources to prevent signal interference.

5. Can the explosion-proof shell be disassembled by yourself?
Answer: It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the explosion-proof shell in explosive environments! If maintenance is required in non-hazardous environments, the power supply must be cut off first and operated by professional personnel; after disassembly, check whether the flameproof surface is intact without scratches or rust. During installation, ensure the sealing ring is in place and the shell is tightened, otherwise the explosion-proof performance will be lost.
6. Does the product support customization of special output signals or installation methods?
Answer: Yes.
