Pt100 Transmitter 4 20ma

Pt100 transmitter 4 20mA is one type of rtd sensor,which with head-mounted temperature transmitter.The temperature signal is converted into a two-wire 4~20mA DC electrical signal and transmitted to the display, regulator, recorder, DCS, etc., to realize the measurement and control of temperature. It is an updated product of temperature measurement and control in modern industrial sites and scientific research institutes, and a product of distribution system and digital bus system.

1)Type Codes: Rtd type codes and types of sensor elements should match the on-site temperature requirements.
2)Temperature Range and Accuracy: Compared to thermocouples, rtd usually have the accuracy edge but take losses on both valid temperature ranges and shock resistance. The on-site temperature range and accuracy requirements have a decisive influence on making rational choices.
3)Protective Tube Materials: 1Cr18Ni9Ti is a common choice. When encountering corrosive circumstance, SUS316L could be put into use. Tantalum tubes, Hartz alloy tubes, PTFE sleeves, and some others are recommended to deal with sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and other strong oxidant environment.
