Armored thermocouples have many advantages over assemble products, but because of their smaller diameter, they also have drawbacks in installation and use. The connection tube type armored thermocouple has all the characteristics of conventional armored products, draws on the advantages of assemble thermocouple installation and strength, solves the shortcomings of regular armored products, and belongs to the structural improvement product of regular armored products, which can replace the conventional armored thermocouple except for the simple type and no fixation.
The connection tube type armored thermocouple is composed of three parts: the armored thermocouple, the connection pipe and its attached mounting fixture, and the wiring device. A spring can be installed in the connection pipe (it cannot be welded with the connecting pipe for this), so that there is a proper expansion and contraction between the core and the connecting pipe to ensure that the core is in close contact with the bottom of the hot mounting sleeve.
Connection tube type armored thermocouples have been widely popularized and applied and have their own series, often used with hot mounting sleeves, and the technical parameters are exactly the same as those of conventional armored products.
Application And Advantages
It is widely used in all walks of life in industrial production, and automatically detects the temperature of gases (such as oven electric furnaces), liquids (such as oil tanks), and solids (such as metal molds). It has the following characteristics:
