Product description
The heat meter temperature sensor is one of the key components of the heat meter and is used to measure the temperature deviation of water before and after it passes through the heater. This temperature change is not obvious, so it has very restricted requirements for measuring accuracy and thermal response time. Two temperature sensors installed at the start and end of the heater must be calibrated for each other before installation, and their relative error should be less than 0.1℃.
DS type pt1000 sensor is used for temperature measurement in closed-loop pipe system, and should be installed in DN15,DN20,DN25 pipe system. The temperature probes are available paired and calibrated. It's commonly use type.

Duchin designed and manufactured a heat meter temperature sensor production line independently in 2010, with an annual production volume of 500,000 pairs. The heat meter temperature sensor consists of five components: temperature sensing element, thermal conductor, protective sheath, mounting thread, and lead wires. It generally uses Pt1000, tolerance level B, pairing accuracy less than 0.06℃. It stands out with high accuracy, fast thermal response, and stable performance.
