The bimetallic thermometer with switch contacts is an ideal thermometer for on-site temperature measurement without any conventional power source and it is an alternative to the liquid thermometer. According to functional differences, it is divided into normal type, electric contact alarm type, and remote signal type. According to the relative direction between the enclosure face and the protective tube, it is divided into axial type, radial type, and adjustable angle type. According to the use environment, it is divided into normal type, spray-proof type, marine type, flameproof type, and vibration-resistant type. The valid measure range is -80~500℃, the five accuracy classes are 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 4.0. The thermal response time is ≤40s. The product standard implemented is Bimetallic Thermometers (JB/T 8803-2015).

Bimetal thermometer with switch contacts is to use the temperature change to drive the contact change, and when it is in contact with the upper and lower limit contacts or disconnected, the relay in the circuit acts, so as to automatically control and alarm.
