First of all, outstanding high temperature resistance performance. Adopting imported high-temperature alloy protection tube and special sintered insulating filler, our temperature sensors can steadily run from -200℃ up to 1800℃. Different material configurations like silicon molybdenum casing and corundum ceramic sheath are optional for furnace smelting, high-temperature kiln and thermal processing lines, avoiding casing deformation and probe burnout under long-time extreme heat.

 

Secondly, excellent anti-corrosion design. For strong acid, alkali, salt mist and corrosive medium working conditions, we apply Hastelloy, titanium alloy and PTFE coating on sensor outer sheath. This special surface treatment effectively isolates erosion from chemical raw materials and waste gas, greatly extending service life compared with ordinary stainless steel temperature sensors, cutting clients' spare parts replacement cost by over 35%.

 

Thirdly, standardized explosion-proof structure for hazardous area. Our explosion-proof temperature sensors acquire complete EX certification, in line with global IEC explosion-proof standards. The sealed intrinsic safety structure prevents internal electric spark from igniting flammable gas, which can be safely installed in Zone 0, Zone1 explosive environment of petrochemical and coal chemical projects.
