Tungsten Rhenium Ceramic Thermocouple

Tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is currently the highest temperature-measuring thermocouple. Its major usage is to measure temperature in vacuum, hydrogen, and inert atmosphere. The maximum measuring temperature reaches 2500℃. There are C, D, and A types have been specified. Our tungsten-rhenium thermocouples are made of specialized molybdenum, tantalum, tungsten, and corundum protective tubes which are filled with insulators, and assembled together under a vacuum or protective atmosphere with a seal. In real-world long-term use cases, it can reach a max measuring temperature of 2000℃, and withstand 10MPa pressure. The two-layer Molybdenum and Corundum tube could be used for temperature measurement in an oxidizing atmosphere and could replace the use of expensive noble-metal thermocouples.
