Features

 

The S-type ceramic thermocouple is a precious metal thermocouple, also known as the single platinum-rhodium thermocouple. The positive pole (SP) is a platinum-rhodium alloy containing 10% rhodium and 90% platinum, and the negative pole (SN) is pure platinum. Its wire diameter is usually 0.5 mm, with an allowable deviation of -0.015 mm. The maximum long-term service temperature is 1300 °C, and the maximum short-term service temperature is 1600 °C. It has the advantages of the highest accuracy, the best stability, a wide temperature measurement range, and a long service life in the thermocouple series. It is suitable for oxidizing and inert atmospheres.

 

The K-type ceramic thermocouple is one of the most widely used temperature sensors. It consists of a positive leg made of nickel-chromium alloy and a negative leg made of nickel-silicon alloy. The temperature measurement range is generally from -200 °C to 1260 °C. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity and fast response time, which can quickly and accurately measure temperature changes. The ceramic materials used in K-type ceramic thermocouples provide excellent thermal insulation, electrical isolation, and are highly durable, resistant to thermal shock, chemical corrosion, and mechanical wear, making them suitable for harsh environments and industrial applications.
