Introduction

Large industrial vacuum furnaces require frequent temperature uniformity surveys inside the chamber. Conventional ordinary extension wires cannot withstand high furnace temperatures, leading to inaccurate measurement data.

To solve this pain point, our company has developed a patented vacuum feedthrough thermocouple assembly, specially designed for high-precision temperature monitoring in vacuum heat treatment furnaces. It is an upgraded replacement for traditional fixed vacuum transition devices.

This assembly is an essential part of thermocouple measurement circuits. All thermocouple wires are manufactured with the same grade, accuracy and alloy material as the furnace internal sensing probes, and undergo full calibration just like standard thermocouples to guarantee reliable, repeatable temperature readings under high-temperature vacuum environments.

Every single thermocouple branch of our vacuum feedthrough assembly is fully detachable, re-calibratable and replaceable on demand. This design greatly cuts your long-term operation and maintenance costs, and creates reliable conditions for accurate temperature profiling in vacuum furnace manufacturing and heat treatment industries.

 

Key Product Features

Detachable, Replaceable & Recalibratable Design Adopts connectable mineral-insulated (MI) sheath thermocouple structure. Each thermocouple can be individually removed and swapped from the flange without replacing the whole unit. For periodic calibration, simply detach the furnace-side plug, twist or weld the two thermo wires together to form a measuring junction for full calibration work.

Flexible Structure Types Two options available: Fixed type & Fully detachable type to match different furnace designs.

Diverse Installation Solutions Multiple mounting choices: Fixed flange, threaded fitting, quick-disconnect flange. Custom thermocouple mounting panels with sockets and support brackets are available upon request.
