2026032714200011552The Type N thermocouple sensor works based on the Seebeck effect. It forms a closed loop with two different conductors of NiCrSi-NiSiMg. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a stable thermoelectromotive force is generated, converting temperature signals into electrical signals and transmitting to ECU. It realizes accurate collection of exhaust temperature, engine overheating protection and catalytic conversion system optimization.

Adopting Type N ungrounded armored structure, this thermocouple features high temperature resistance, excellent oxidation resistance and long-term temperature stability. Designed with a reduced diameter probe from 4.5mm to 1.9mm, it delivers fast temperature response and fits narrow installation spaces perfectly. The probe sheath is made of Inconel 600 alloy, supporting a maximum working temperature up to 1100℃ with high mechanical strength and superior corrosion resistance.

With Class 1 accuracy, the sensor ensures precise temperature measurement with low error. It adopts a right-angle structure and is equipped with M14×1.5 and M16×1.5 standard threads for easy installation and compact wiring layout. It reaches IP65 protection grade for high reliability in harsh working conditions. OEM customization is available, widely applied in automotive EGT temperature measurement, turbocharger and industrial high-temperature detection scenarios.

Complete technical specifications: temperature measuring range 0~1100℃, temperature resolution 2.5℃; equipped with 1m silicone fiberglass lead wire for durability and heat resistance. The product has passed CE, RoHS and ISO certifications, fully complying with international quality standards, and is an ideal accessory for industrial and automotive high-temperature temperature measurement.
