1. Ultra-wide Temperature Range & High Precision
WRB01 Type B thermocouple adopts platinum-rhodium 30-platinum-rhodium 6 alloy wire as temperature sensing element.Long-term working temperature reaches 1600℃, and the short-term maximum measuring temperature is up to 1700℃.It is perfectly applicable to industrial oxidation furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces and other ultra-high temperature occasions.It meets Class II precision with tolerance of ±1.5℃ or ±0.25%|t|.Thermoelectric drift is extremely small under high temperature, maintaining stable and accurate measurement for long-term operation.
2. Reliable Structure for Complex Working Conditions
The protection tube is made of 99 high-purity corundum (alumina ceramic), featuring high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance without impurity pollution.It works stably in oxidizing and inert atmosphere, and can be used in vacuum environment for short term. Not allowed for reducing atmosphere.
Compared with Type S/R single platinum-rhodium thermocouple, the double platinum-rhodium structure owns stronger anti-pollution performance, greatly extending service life and reducing equipment maintenance cost.
